• Collaborate with Senior Leadership during early stages of planning ensure the team can accurately and effectively measure and analyze new strategies and initiatives

What You'll Bring:
• 3+ years in Data Analytics role OR FP&A role with extensive Data responsibilities
• Ability to apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to ‘tell the story’ behind the numbers such as developing presentations to summarize key findings

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for creating strategies to drive performance KPIs through Google and Microsoft channels, will be the main point of contact for agency partners for day-to-day paid search management, and will assist with budget management. Advanced data analysis is a critical part of this role as you will be expected to generate and present in-depth reports... and make recommendations to improve results. You must demonstrate the ability to tie data together from several different databases, including the ability to analyze metrics that go beyond the initial lead, such as closed/won deals.

This is a highly visible role within the organization that is responsible for providing senior leadership with frequent updates and root causes of performance outcomes. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong understanding of advanced paid search tactics, the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and someone with strong analytical and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• 5+ years of paid search experience
• Strong understanding of Search Ads 360, tROAS bidding models, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager
• Experience creating/updating Google Data Studio reports is preferred
• Experience with international campaigns in non-English languages
• Ability to demonstrate and present key findings and next steps to senior leadership on weekly basis
• Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms where campaigns will be managed
